Kullanım Koşulları

FlickOut'u ("Oyun") indirerek veya oynayarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Oyun Digitagram Games tarafından geliştirilir.

Apple kullanıcıları

Oyunu App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) geçerlidir. Bu sayfadaki koşullar onu tamamlar; çelişki olursa Apple EULA'sı esas alınır.

Lisans

Oyunu kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçla, sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda oynamanız için size devredilemez, sınırlı bir lisans veriyoruz. Oyunun kodu, tasarımı, bulmacaları ve içerikleri Digitagram Games'e aittir.

Oyun içi öğeler

Yıldızlar, ipuçları, temalar ve ok stilleri yalnızca Oyun içinde kullanılır; gerçek para değeri yoktur, paraya çevrilemez ve başkasına aktarılamaz.
İlerleme ve ipuçları cihazınızda saklanır; oyunu silerseniz veya cihaz değiştirirseniz kaybolur.
Tek seferlik satın alımlar (Premium, Reklamları Kaldır, ok stilleri paketi) mağazadaki "Satın alımları geri yükle" düğmesiyle geri alınır. İpucu paketleri satın alındığında eklenir ve kullanılmış sayılır; geri yüklenemez.

Satın alımlar ve iadeler

Tüm satın alımlar Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir. İade talepleri Apple üzerinden yapılır: reportaproblem.apple.com.

VIP abonelik

FlickOut VIP etkin olduğu sürece banner ve seviye arası reklamları kapatır, tüm ok stillerini ve temaları açar ve her gün 3 ücretsiz ipucu verir.
Abonelik haftalık veya aylık olarak, seçtiğiniz dönemin sonunda aynı fiyatla otomatik yenilenir. Dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz ücret Apple Kimliği hesabınızdan alınır.
Aboneliği Ayarlar > adınız > Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
Abonelik sona erdiğinde VIP ile açılan temalar ve stiller kapanır; o güne kadar aldığınız ipuçları sizde kalır.

Reklamlar

Oyun reklam gösterir. Bazı ödüller (ek can, ipucu) isteğe bağlı olarak bir reklam izlenerek alınır. Reklamların içeriğinden reklam veren sorumludur.

Kurallar

Oyunu değiştirmek, hile yazılımı kullanmak veya Oyunu yasa dışı amaçla kullanmak yasaktır.

Sorumluluk

Oyun "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Oyunun kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

Değişiklikler

Oyunu ve bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde güncel sürümü bu sayfada yayımlarız.

Terms of Use

By downloading or playing FlickOut ("the Game") you accept these terms. The Game is developed by Digitagram Games.

Apple users

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. The terms on this page supplement it; if they conflict, Apple's EULA prevails.

Licence

We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to play the Game for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. The Game's code, design, puzzles and content belong to Digitagram Games.

In-game items

Stars, hints, themes and arrow styles are used only inside the Game; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
Progress and hints are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the Game or change devices.
One-time purchases (Premium, Remove Ads, the arrow styles pack) come back with the "Restore purchases" button in the shop. Hint packs are added when bought and count as used; they cannot be restored.

Purchases and refunds

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are requested from Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

VIP subscription

While active, FlickOut VIP turns off banners and the ads between levels, unlocks every arrow style and theme, and gives 3 free hints every day.
The subscription is weekly or monthly and renews automatically at the same price at the end of the period you chose. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, your Apple ID is charged.
Manage or cancel it in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period.
When the subscription ends, themes and styles unlocked by VIP are locked again; hints you already received stay with you.

Advertising

The Game shows ads. Some rewards (an extra life, a hint) are optional and earned by watching an ad. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.

Rules

You may not modify the Game, use cheating software, or use the Game for unlawful purposes.

Liability

The Game is provided "as is". We cannot guarantee it will run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Game.

Changes

We may update the Game and these terms. When changes matter, the current version is published on this page.
